Jim Davis, Chief Executive Officer
Jim has more than 30 years of global experience in the computer industry. He has expertise in sales generation and management, restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. Jim has been instrumental in launching, turning around, and taking to the next level large and small organizations for Sungard Data Systems, Hewlett-Packard, Apple, Sun Microsystems, Digital Equipment and Burroughs. Jim serves as an adviser and coach for a select few industry executives. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in cost accounting from Hendrix College in Conway, Ark.

Dabney Wellford, Chief Financial Officer
Dabney has more than 25 years in business, having begun his career in the audit department at Touche Ross and Co. (now Deloitte and Touche). He has served in various financial leadership roles in the computer industry, agri-business, real estate and banking. Dabney held the chief of staff title for Chase Bankruptcy Information Systems and, most recently, he was chief financial officer of Memphis Networx, which sold data transport and security services. Dabney has a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.

Dennis O'Connor, Vice President of Development
Dennis has more than 30 years of experience as an IT professional. Prior to joining Verified Person, Dennis worked for Hewlett-Packard Corp., where he held senior management positions in the OpenView Software Organization that included Storage Software Business Unit manager and chief technology officer.

Natalia Grishakova, Vice President of Customer Service
Natalia Grishakova manages all customer service operations for Verified Person. She brings more than 10 years of experience in managing large-scale, high-volume customer service and loyalty programs for multiple Fortune 500 clients. Prior to joining Verified Person, she led Operations and Client Service for King-Teleservices, one of the top customer contact service agencies in the United States. At King, Ms. Grishakova managed an extensive array of multi-lingual inbound and outbound customer care and sales campaigns for business-to-business and business-to-consumer programs. Ms. Grishakova earned her Engineering degree at the University of Engineering and Economics in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Robyn Ward, Vice President of Operations
Robyn has been with Verified Person since the company's inception. Along with operational expertise, she brings corporate development, strategic planning and financial analysis experience to Verified Person. She has worked both directly and in consulting capacities for a number of start-up ventures. Robyn started her career as an investment banker with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. She earned her business degree, with a joint emphasis in entrepreneur and finance, from the University of Southern California.

Camille Gamble, Vice President of Marketing
Camille has more than 15 years of experience in public relations and marketing in various fields. She started her career as a business newspaper reporter and later became the managing editor of a trade publication. In 2001, she was an account manager for a Memphis-based advertising agency where she managed public relations and advertising for various clients, including the start-up criminal records database company Rapsheets. She joined Rapsheets in 2003 as director of marketing and later worked in the corporate marketing department for ChoicePoint Inc. Camille has a bachelor of arts degree in corporate journalism from Auburn University.
